Have you ever dreamt of owning your own mountain home? We certainly have! In fact, we have looked for a quite a long time and finally realized the only way this would happen was to partner with a few friends with the same dream.  Earlier this year we found a new development, literally across the highway from the new Deer Valley East expansion and signed a contract.

A recent WSJ article stated, "Home Prices Exploded In Park City. These Towns Are Taking Advantage."  The article goes on to say, "Powering this shift is the new extension of the Deer Valley ski resort called Deer Valley East Village, formerly known as the Mayflower, a two-decade project a few miles outside Park City in Wasatch County involving 17 new lifts, 130 ski runs, nine hotels, 1,800 residential units and a base village with restaurants and shops." 

This new condominium, slated for completion in January of 2026, will include amenities that include, a shuttle to Deer Valley lifts, on-site ski rentals, a restaurant, outdoor pool, hot tubs, game room, gym and much more.

Each calendar year, each owner of SSMgmt.LLC will receive one high ski season week, one shoulder ski season week, and two weeks during the remainder of the year for their personal use. These weeks will be on a rotating basis each year. The balance of the year will be part of the rental inventory that all owners will share in the income. Sample calendars are available upon request.
